A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven in my king room were useful during the stay for 2 nights. Private bathroom. The location was favourable to a liquor store. Moreover, it's just off restaurants, Bessemer, and a safe area.

The receptionist was very sweet and professional! But that's where the positives end. I got assigned to a room that was not clean, and I asked to be moved, but even the second room was still a mess!
Wasn't cheap, but it was still unacceptable!

Stayed at the Hamilton Inn Birmingham-Bessemer for one night. The room was refreshing, and the whole place smelled great! The breakfast had a fantastic variety, much more than expected for the price. It really is a great way to break your routine and escape for a bit.

The staff was exceptional,they went above and beyond, we stayed at this hotel for the weekend to go on mountain biking trails and the staff let us put our bikes in a secured room so we wouldn't be crowded in our room at no additonal charge.Each time we came in and out of hotel we were greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. Nice and clean room, bed was comfortable also. Will definitely stay again and recommend everyone else to stay.
